Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Sale items and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process after we receive your return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Shipping & Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund
